Texon insole material

Texon, 1 mm thickness, size: 1x DIN A4 

This material is used to produce insoles for various types of shoes such as sneakers, sandals or boots. The Depending on the style of sandal, A4 plates fit a shoe size up to 39 or 40. If you have a larger shoe size, we recommend two A4 plates. 

Insoles are the inner soles that give the shoe provide stability, structure and durability. In combination with our padding, the insole forms the basis of the shoe base and ensures good wearing comfort. Texon is a moisture-regulating, thermoplastically moldable cellulose fleece. 

The material can be cut to size with a cutter knife and then dry sanded with a sanding sponge (120 grit) or a Dremel.
