DIY kit: Topstitched flap

With this set of padding, Stylefix and digital template, you can make your own quilted flap for your crossbody with rectangular flap or your saddle bag! 🪡🧵  

Please note that no yarn is included here if you order the set outside of the Saddle & Crossbody configurator. 

Please note that you will also need a pricking iron with punched holes (mandrels are not ideal), a rubber mallet and a pricking pad to be able to hammer the rows of stitching into the leather yourself according to our template. 

Furthermore, we recommend topstitching the pocket flap only if you have previous experience in pricking leather. It works particularly well with thin and soft leathers such as lamb nappa, but the community has also achieved good results with the smooth leather from our standard collection.
